Participants opting for weekly payments must commit to the entire term, even if unable to attend some sessions. No refunds will be provided for missed weeks. Credits for future activities may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

RECREATIONAL RISK WARNING
You acknowledge that our services involve risks and participate voluntarily at your own risk. This includes understanding risks associated with any pre-existing health conditions.

LIABILITY WAIVER
You waive and release us from any claims arising from your participation in our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
Fees for services are outlined on our website and must be paid in advance, unless expressed otherwise. Payment terms are as prescribed on our website. We reserve the right to exclude participants who have not paid fees.
