1. Submit an Enrolment Form
Select an available program from the menu above, and fill out the applicable enrolment form.
2. Book a Trial Session
During the enrolment process, you’ll see a Stripe link to book and pay for your trial day. This gives your child the chance to experience a session firsthand, and see if Adventure Minds is the right fit.3. Join the Community
If your child enjoys the trial (which we’re confident they will!), you’ll be invited to join a family group chat and officially become part of the Adventure Minds crew. -
We don’t have a fixed location. Each week, our sessions take place in different outdoor locations across the region you’re participating in. This keeps the experience fresh and gives participants the chance to explore new environments. Occasionally, we revisit favorite spots.
The sessions are drop-off & pick-up, and a mild to moderate level of fitness is required for activities.

The Adventure Core program is our standard weekly session designed to build confidence, resilience, and social skills through outdoor adventure and group-based challenges.
The Adventure +Plus program includes everything in the Adventure Core offering, but with extra experiences — such as special excursions, additional activities, or guest-led sessions — giving participants even more opportunities for growth and exploration.
These activities may include things like:escape rooms
abseiling
paddle boarding
learn to sail
surfing
ice baths
rock climbing
gel soft
…and many more!

We offer two programs with different prices for each.
Our Adventure Core program is $59 per session (when paying in full), or $65 per week if opting in for weekly payments.
Our Adventure +Plus program is $95 per session (when paying in full), or $99 per week if opting in for weekly payments.

Before joining the program, you’ll need to try a session first to ensure your child fits the group dynamic. The trial investment is $65 for Adventure Core, and $99 for Adventure +Plus.Program Cost: $590 or $950 for the full 10-week term (prorated), depending on your choice of program
Weekly Payment: $65 or $99 per session if paid weekly
Sibling Discount: After the first child, sibling discounts apply:
• First child: Full fees
• Second child: 10% off their term fees
• Third child (and any additional siblings): 15% off their term fees
NDIS: We accept payment through the NDIS and invoice fortnightly (you'll need to provide us your child's details in your application form)
NOTE: While we do accept families using NDIS, the nature of our programs is to work with independent individuals.

We take a maximum of 20 children per program to maintain a strong group dynamic.
Our programs run with a facilitator-to-participant ratio of 1:10. -
We welcome children with high-functioning neurodiverse needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD), provided they can participate independently without one-on-one support. If your child requires a support worker or ongoing assistance throughout the day, our program may not be the best fit.

Yes. We accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS funding. We invoice fortnightly.

We either separate our programs into two age groups, or combine our classes if applicable:
When separate, we divide our groups into:Tweens - 9 to 12 years old
Teens - 13 to 17 years old
There are occasional crossovers depending on a child's maturity.

Yes, it is required by law for all persons over the age of 18 to carry a blue card with them when working with children either voluntarily or paid.

In Queensland, sessions start at 9:00am, and finish at 2:00pm.
In New South Wales, sessions start at 10:00am, and finish at 3:00pm.
On some occasions times will be altered, though this will be communicated to you clearly in advance.
It’s important that you arrive early to your session so the group can begin activities on time. If you are late, the group may leave without you. -
Families are responsible for getting their children to and from the session location. We aim to keep our activities within a reasonable local range, and carpooling can be organised through your session group chat.

The safety of your child during our program is paramount. We've taken measures to uphold the integrity of the program while prioritizing your child's health and development.
This includes:First Aid & CPR trained facilitators
All facilitators have a Blue Card
Facilitators carry SOS devices
First AID & Medical Backpack in each group
Thorough enrolment form to ensure we are aware of your child's needs
Session planning congruent with the Australian Adventure Activity Standard, and their Good Practice Guides (AAAS & GPGs)

We continue in light rain with proper gear. In the case of severe weather, we’ll move the session indoors or reschedule with notice.

Yes. After an initial trial, families commit to the remainder of the term.

Yes. After the first child, sibling discounts apply:

All facilitators hold current First Aid, CPR, Blue Cards, and undergo child protection screening. More importantly, we only hire those with real experience working with youth and a passion for mentoring. Some may also hold qualifications in outdoor education, counseling

We run our holiday sessions at "Rudd Park",

The more sessions a child books, the lower the price per session. Plus, younger siblings get an extra discount.
Here's the simple breakdown:
Session Volume Discount — As a child books more sessions, each additional session gets cheaper:
1st session: $80
2nd session: $75
3rd session: $70
4th session: $65
5th+ sessions: $60
Sibling Discount — If you're booking multiple children, each younger sibling gets a further discount on their per-session rate:
1st child: Full price (as above)
2nd child: $5 off each session
3rd+ child: $10 off each session

There are a maximum of 26 children per group.

Unless we have a large group of different-aged children, no.
This is our only program that mixes different age groups.

When it rains on a Holiday Program, we will still go ahead with the day and make our way to the Tallebudgera Recreation Centre.
We will use the indoor sports facilities, play at Echo Beach, and have a swim.
In cases of extreme weather, we will cancel the session and you’ll receive credit for a future session. -
If you cancel with at least 12 hours' notice: A session credit is automatically issued to your parent account, which you can use toward future bookings. If you'd prefer a refund instead, you can contact the team at mariana@adventureminds.com.au to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the session or don't show up: Unfortunately, the booking amount is forfeited — no session credit or refund is available.
