FAQs

  • 1. Submit an Application

This helps us get to know your child and see if we’re the right fit.

    2. Book a Trial Session
Once your application is completed, you’ll see a Stripe link to book and pay for your trial day. This gives your child the chance to experience a session firsthand.

    3. Join the Community
If your child enjoys the trial (which we’re confident they will!), you’ll be invited to join a family group chat and officially become part of the Adventure Minds crew.

    4. Commit for the Term
We don’t offer casual sessions. After the trial, you can choose to commit for the full term:

    • $950 upfront ($95/week), or

    • $99/week on a payment plan

  • We don’t have a fixed location. Each week, our sessions take place in different outdoor locations across the region you’re participating in. This keeps the experience fresh and gives participants the chance to explore new environments. Occasionally, we revisit favorite spots.

The sessions are drop-off & pick-up, and a mild to moderate level of fitness is required for activities.

You will be sent the ‘Term Plan’ containing all locations at the start of each term and then reminded at the start of each week in the member's group chat, which you’ll be added to after you join.

  • This price includes extra activities (eg. equipment hire and third-party activities).

Before joining the program, you’ll need to try a session first to ensure your child fits the group dynamic. The trial investment is $99.

    • Program Cost: $950 for the full 10-week term (prorated)

    • Session Cost: $99 per session if paid weekly
