Two unique programs. Same values. Different experiences.
“What’s the Difference Between Adventure Core and Adventure Plus?”
Adventure Core
Adventure Core is our foundational program - full of nature-based adventures like bush hikes, waterfall plunges, and team-building games. It’s more budget-friendly and packed with outdoor experiences that don’t require extra third-party costs.
Adventure +PLUS
Adventure +Plus includes everything in Core plus a handful of premium activities each term - think wakeboarding, escape rooms, paddleboarding, or indoor skydiving. These high-value sessions add an exciting twist to the term and make it truly memorable.

Meet the Facilitators Guiding
Your Child’s Adventure
Cato Sibthorpe
Gold Coast
Cato Sibthorpe is the founder of Adventure Minds, with over a decade of experience mentoring young people. He has led self-development programs in high schools, created outdoor adventures for homeschoolers, and facilitated men’s circles that help boys and men reconnect with confidence, purpose, and play.
As a qualified NLP practitioner, ex-competition gymnast, and ultra-marathon runner, Cato knows firsthand the value of discipline, resilience, and stepping outside your comfort zone, lessons he now passes on to every child in the program.
When he’s not out leading programs, Cato loves dancing salsa, taking care of his body through exercise and movement, and simply spending quality time with the people who matter most.
Fun fact: Cato loved jumping out of planes!
Santos Allende
Gold Coast
Born and raised in Argentina, he dreamed from a young age of travelling the world, a dream that has taken him to some incredible places. He lived in Hawaii, Germany, Sydney, worked as a ski instructor in the United States, and now calls the Gold Coast home. Here, he runs a weekly community soccer tournament that brings together hundreds of people, and he also leads his own academy for young players.
Santos’ passion has always been about people, especially kids. He loves communicating, teaching through sport, and exploring how the human mind works. Whether on the field, in nature, or during an Adventure Minds program, he believes every experience is an opportunity for children to build confidence, resilience, and joy.
Outside of coaching, Santos can usually be found playing soccer, reading self-development books, or spending time by the ocean.
Fun fact: Santos owns more than 20 board games and claims he never loses! 🤪
