Information About Photos
I hereby authorise ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD and its authorised employees and agents to take one or more electronic images or videos or similar of my Child/Children [Photos] whilst participating in Adventure Minds' activities.
I acknowledge that Photos will be taken with the assistance of other employees and contractors and I authorise ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD to utilise such third parties for the Photos [Assistants].
I understand and acknowledge that the consent (that is it covers all ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD activities my child/children participate in) I grant by signing this document is a continuing consent and that I can withdraw consent by notice to ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD.
I acknowledge that no guarantee or assurance has been made by anyone regarding the outcome of the Photos.

Photography
I assign and/or disclaim any rights I might have to such Photos to ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD including any moral rights.
I acknowledge and agree that ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD will retain the right to edit and add a proprietary mark to the Photos and to use the Photos for our purposes.

My Consent
I understand that I am free to withhold or withdraw my consent before the Photos are taken but must communicate this in advance of the Photos being taken of my Child/Children.

By my acceptance of the conditions below:
I have carefully read this document and I understand the information in this document. I acknowledge the risks associated with taking and storing of Photos of my Child/Children, including the inherent unreliability of electronic communication services and the internet as they relate to the security of Photos. We will have the right to: edit and delete material from the Photos; make any changes to the Photos; and do any or all acts or omissions which would otherwise be an infringement of my moral rights with respect to the Photos. I acknowledge that ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD owns all rights (including copyright) in the Photos. I agree that ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD may use the Photos to promote Adventure Minds' activities and initiatives. I hereby give my unconditional permission to ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD to use my Photos for the purposes of promoting, publicising, and advertising ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD activities, including email, website, and social media forums. I also understand and acknowledge that all Photos become part of the public domain and we have no control (subject to legal remedies such as breach of copyright) over the dissemination of the Photos to third parties. I give express permission for ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD to crop or alter the image(s) as necessary. I acknowledge that the image(s) may also be included in the central ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD Image Library for use by other ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD-related media.

I release ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD from any liability to me for any infringement of any of my rights arising from ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD’s use of the Photos, including (but not limited to) claims under tort law, contract law, and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and equivalent state and territory legislation.

I release ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD from any liability to me where any Photo is obtained without authorisation and/or unlawfully from ADVENTURE MINDS PTY LTD.
